On December 14, 2023, the "Decai Cup" Qingdao Stamp Essay Contest Award Concert was held in the Concert Hall of Licang District Cultural Center. Ye Decai, Chairman of Decai Shares and representative of Qingdao Municipal People's Congress, was invited to attend the award ceremony as a guest of honor.
The essay contest was organized by Qingdao Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Qingdao Daily Newspaper Group, Qingdao Publishing Group, Qingdao Writers Association, organized by Qingdao Literary Creation Research Institute, Editorial Department of Qingdao Literature, and co-organized by Decai Decoration Co., LTD., Huaqing Education Group, Qingdao Morning Post, Peninsula Metropolis Daily and Chunni Poetry Society.
"Architecture and literature both carry the history of urban development," said Ye Decai, chairman of Decai Shares and a delegate to the Qingdao People's Congress.
