DeCai Corporation was established in 1999. It is a public company comprised of four companies covering four major specialties within the construction industry; decoration, construction, master-planning and architectural design and manufacturing of curtain wall systems. The companies are DeCai Decoration, Zhongjian Combination Group, DeCai Zhongfang, and DeCai High-Tech. Decai Corporation has an established whole industry chain advantage which integrates these activities; decoration, construction, master-planning, architectural design, research and development and manufacturing of curtain walls, windows and door.
It currently ranks second in the national architectural decoration industry, third in the national architectural decoration design industry, fourth in the national architectural curtain wall industry, and first in the national architectural decoration metallic doors and windows industry. Decai Corporation has maintained its top position in the industry for 18 consecutive years within Shandong province.
On July 6, 2021, DeCai Corporation was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 605287), becoming the first A-share mainboard-listed construction company in Shandong province. The Company is Headquartered in Qingdao, Shandong Province. It has established branch offices nationwide and actively seeks participation within international markets. It has established six major branches over the years: Qingdao, Beijing, East China Center (Shanghai), South China Center (Shenzhen and Sanya), Southwest Center (Chongqing and Chengdu), and London Center, covering seven major regions in China.
