The old site of Sacred Heart Monastery, located in Qingdao Zhongshan Road historical and cultural district landmark building - St. Michael's Cathedral, was built in 1901, the construction area of about 4477 square meters, the building plane is horseshoe-shaped, the overall use of brick and wood structure. In 2012, the building was listed as an excellent historical building and an immovable cultural relic. More than 120 years of wind and rain, resulting in the old site of the Sacred Heart Monastery main body and decorative surface there are many quality and use safety problems. Through the application of digital technologies such as BIM and 3D scanning, the overall renovation has realized the full digital EPC project management from design to construction.

1.EPC management, systematic protection of historical buildings

In the construction stage, BIM and other technologies are used to carry out digital construction, including equipment positioning, construction sequence, construction accuracy and other links, to realize the digitalization and visualization of the construction process. In the operation and maintenance stage, the digital operation platform is used to conduct real-time monitoring and data collection for the building, timely discover and solve the internal and external environmental problems of the building, and realize the digitization and optimization of the building operation and maintenance.
Through the above steps, the whole process of the project is basically digitized, and the management efficiency and quality are improved.
